This unique and popular country is located approximately 15 minutes from the McLaren Vale wine region and approximately 20 minutes from Victor Harbour. its close enough to commute to work in the southern suburbs (20 minutes) & only 45 minutes to Adelaide. So close yet it feels like you're really living the country life - brilliant golf course, wine region & vineyards not far, magnificent panoramic views of trees, hills & valleys and Just 15 minutes to the beach.  The centre of the town houses the local amenities including the grocery store, petrol station, hardware store, hotel, butcher and a delightful bakery.  The local school offers the opportunity to study agriculture and a friendly atmosphere. 

There has recently been significant growth with new subdivisions and the highly regarded golf course. There is still some good land for sale, the soil is sandy loam with no rock and is very cheap to build a house on because the footing costs are so low. Yes I do own land here for all the reasons I have just mentioned.
