After Leaving school attended college in Salisbury UK and undertook Ordinary National Diploma in Building technology on completion emigrated with family to Adelaide Australia

Philip Marshall has worked in various capacities within the real estate industry since arriving in South Australia in 1976 After undertaking intensive correspondance course passing exams ...Obatained salespesersons lic in SA and after 2 years full time experince and further study became one of the youngest persons to hold full Agents license in SA commencing business as "Business Interests" in 1978.

Philip also served as board associciate member for 10 years with the Business Division of Real Estate Institute during which time served on various committees and gave lectures on business sales to other real estate professionals
